To be completely honest, we rarely ever get repeat retail customers because our premium marine decals are engineered to endure the harsh elements for 5+ years—meaning this is highly likely your first and last purchase from us!
Your address records are retained strictly for your convenience and protection. In the rare event you encounter a product defect or grievance, having your order history on file lets us immediately look up your details and dispatch a replacement without hassle.
- We Strongly Discourage Sending Paper Checks: While we technically accept checks, we heavily advise against it. Modern postal sorting issues make mail-in checks a high risk for theft and criminal forgery. There is absolutely no reason to risk mailing a $25 check when a fraudster's single stroke of a pen can turn it into a $2,500 nightmare.
- Tracking & Shipping Liabilities: Every single package we send out leaves our facility with an official postal tracking number. If your tracking states your package was "Delivered" but you cannot find it, the matter resides entirely between you and your local delivery carrier. Once the Post Office officially reports successful delivery to your destination, we are unable to override their status or issue refunds.
